Where your order ships from
Our earrings are made and stocked by our manufacturing partner in China, and every parcel leaves that warehouse and comes straight to your address. We hold no stock in the United States. Returns are the other way round: they go to our facility in Florida, never back to China.

Returns are free, and simple
You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered. Items come back unworn, in the box or pouch they arrived in. We pay for the label, and there is no restocking fee. If you changed your mind, the original $7.95 shipping is not refunded; if the item was faulty or wrong, it is.
- Email support@noelcrate.com with your order number. Do not ship anything yet.
- We authorize the return and email you a prepaid label, normally within one business day.
- Put the item back in its box or pouch, attach the label, and drop off the parcel.
- We inspect it and refund within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank takes a further 3 to 10.
Questions people ask before ordering
- Is moissanite a diamond?
- No. Moissanite and cubic zirconia are their own materials and we name them as such on every listing. Only the listings that say lab grown diamond contain a diamond.
- Is "gold plated" solid gold?
- No. A plated item carries a gold layer over a base metal, and a gold filled item carries a thicker bonded layer. Each product page states which one applies.
- Will I be asked for customs money on delivery?
- No. Import duties are included in the price and settled before your parcel reaches you. If anyone asks you to pay a release fee, send it to us instead of paying it.
- Do you ship to a PO Box?
- Yes. Orders to a PO Box travel with USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Why are there no customer reviews?
- Because we do not have real ones yet. The store is new. We would rather show nothing than show reviews we wrote or bought.
