noelcrate is an online earring store selling to customers across the contiguous United States. We are operated by ELOWEN SKINCARE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States. We sell online only. We do not run a retail store, a showroom, or a walk-in counter anywhere.
What We Sell
One category, done properly: earrings. Stud earrings, hoop and huggie earrings, drop earrings, and non-piercing ear cuffs. The materials we carry are 925 sterling silver, gold-plated and gold-filled metal, titanium posts, and set stones including moissanite, cubic zirconia, lab grown diamond, birthstones, onyx, moonstone and turquoise. Every product page states the materials for that specific item. If a listing says "gold plated", the piece is plated, not solid gold, and we say so on the page rather than leaving you to guess.
Where Your Order Ships From
Our products are made and stocked by our manufacturing partner in China, and every order ships from that partner warehouse in China directly to your address in the United States. There is no US stock room, no US distribution center, and no domestic warehouse holding inventory for us. This is the single most common thing online stores are vague about, so we will state it plainly: your parcel starts its journey in China.
That is also why our delivery estimate is 11 to 17 business days rather than two days. Import duties on your order are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. You will not be asked for a customs payment on delivery.
Where Returns Go
Returns are handled in the United States. Approved returns go to our US returns facility at 40 Hilton St, Easton, PA 18042, United States. You do not ship anything back to China, and you do not pay for the return label — we email one to you.

How We Write Product Pages
We describe what the supplier specification says and nothing beyond it. We do not hold laboratory test certificates for the metals and stones we sell, so we do not claim third-party certification, and we do not print grading reports we cannot hand you. Where a stone is lab grown or simulated, the product page says which. Where a finish is plating over a base metal, the product page says that too.
We also do not display customer reviews. This store is new and has not accumulated genuine buyer reviews yet, so there is nothing honest to show. When real reviews exist, we will publish them and label them as what they are.
